Certification
Using Focus Values System requires prior certification.
This is not a commercial restriction: it is a condition of use. The tool does not return a score that reads itself — it returns a reading of a specific person’s values, and that reading has to be interpreted and given back. Whoever handles it needs to know what it measures, what it does not, and how far they can go in what they claim.
Who it is for
Consultants and independent professionals who want to bring the tool into their practice, and in-house Human Resources professionals who will use it within their organisation.
Format
Online, at your own pace: short lessons, about six hours, plus any case studies you want to do. Before you start, you sign the professional commitment, and at the end there is a multiple-choice exam: with the lessons, the exam and the signature, you are certified. The case studies are optional, each with its model reading, and do not count towards certification.
What it unlocks
Completing the certification gives access to the platform and the ability to use and disseminate the tool with clients or within your own organisation.
